We regularly and automatically deploy new versions of the services to provide bug-fixes and new features as quickly as possible.

In combination with a communication system gateway, the responsible on-call service is automatically alerted in the event of a fault. Critical faults must be acknowledged. If this acknowledgement is not received in time, the alarms are escalated to the superior on-call service.
